The Contestant must meet all requirements of Our Site www.msbeautifulfeetworld.com for the Ms. Beautiful Feet World Pageant as follows:

1. She must be between 18-45 years of age Female. She must have Citizenship or 6 months residency at the country she is representing. She agrees that she is not under contract with any person, firm or corporation that would prevent her appearance or participation in the International competition and agrees to indemnify The Organizers - Adroit In Media Pvt. Ltd. & Sumeet de Mexico S.A. de C.V. along with their representatives from any claim etc that may be brought against it in this regard. 
2. The Contestants agree that the judge's prior decision is final, absolute and binding. 
3. Ms. Beautiful Feet World organizers and its directors, officers and sponsors etc are not responsible, accountable or liable in any manner whatsoever for any personal injury to anyone or damages/ compensation etc on account of any event, incident, cancellation/ change in the rules and regulations or change in dates of the events or for any happening of any kind whatsoever, prior to or during or after the event.
4. The Winner will forfeit all awards and privileges if she breaks her obligatory contract or does not meet all requirements set forth within this agreement. The award would then be given to the first runner up.
5. Only original photos can take part in the contest
6. Group pictures are not accepted
7. The Contestants irrevocably consent and agree to unrestricted use by the Organizers - Adroit In Media Pvt. Ltd. & Sumeet de Mexico S.A. de C.V., its authorized representatives, advertisers, successor, sponsors, customers and assigns of the name, picture, voice or photographs etc of the Contestants and/ or with a group for all purposes whatsoever including but not limited to advertising purpose or purposes of promotion, trade, press release or motion picture etc. She waives the right to inspect or approve such competed pictures, advertising, videos used in connection thereof and the decision of the Organizers shall be final.
8. If the Contestant wins the Ms. Beautiful Feet World  title, she shall not compete/participate in any other pageant system for 12 months or until the title is relinquished to the new titleholder, unless authorized prior in writing by the Organizers whose decision shall be final.
9. The Contestants understand and agree that should she become the pageant winner, she will be required to sign a one-year contract with the organizers at their option. She must be available to the pageants for any and all personal appearances at all scheduled events throughout her reign. She further understands that the inability to fulfill her contract may result in the forfeiture of her title and all prizes must be returned and shall be liable for any loss/ damage that be suffered by Organizers. Her successor will take her place for the remainder of the year.
10. The applicant agrees to abide by all rules as may be changed from time to time by the organizers and shall raise no objection whatsoever.
11. The Organizers are not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any delays or non-receipt of applications or for acts of omission or commission on any account and for any reason whatsoever.
12. All prizes are subject to deduction of tax at source and all other taxes, as required by law.
13. The Organizers are not responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever if sponsors do not make good the prizes promised by them.
14. The Organizers are not responsible for any direct or consequential loss or any physical injury that may occur to the applicant on account of their participation in the pageant. The applicant will participate at her own risk and liability and shall have no claim whatsoever on any account whatsoever against the Organizers.
15. Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after the finals and the Contestant shall be liable to the Organizers for such misrepresentation.
16. Schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the absolute discretion of the Organizers and the Contestant shall raise no objections whatsoever in this regard.
17. The Organizers is not responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for non-telecast of the show/non-completion / non- occurrence of the event.
18. In the event of any dispute, it shall be referred to the sole arbitration of the Director Mr. Sumeet Sharma whose award in the matter shall be final and binding on the applicant. Indian laws shall be applicable.
19. The application processing fees  is non refundable under all circumstances.
20. Any dispute or differences arising in relation to or in connection with the pageant shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai - India.
21. The Contestant further agrees to strictly honor the terms and conditions of this agreement and agrees to indemnify the Organizers against any claim/ / damages that may occur as a result of her default. The Contestant hereby grants full and unconditional release and discharge to the Organizers its successors and persons, officers, authorized representatives, individuals connected with it from any responsibility, liability or accountability of any kind whatsoever in connection with the Ms. Beautiful Feet World pageant. The Contestant hereby expressly and unconditionally discharges the Organizers from any responsibility or liability, claims, demands, costs, damages, expenses, loss of service, opportunity or any consequential event etc arising out of any act or occurrence during or leading up to or subsequent to said pageant.
    The Contestant agrees to indemnify and compensate the Organizers for any claim, loss, expenses damage etc that may be suffered by them as a consequence of any acts of commission or omission by the Contestant.
